This Memorial Day Weekend Let’s Remember to Pray for the Souls in Purgatory.

They cannot help themselves. They only have us to help relieve their sufferings as they are purified. Today, let us focus on the souls who died while serving their country, especially, those who died serving our country.

The St. Gertrude Prayer is said to release 1,000 souls from Purgatory each time it is prayed.

Eternal Father, I offer You the most precious blood of Your Divine Son, Jesus, in union with all of the Masses said throughout the world, in reparation for sins, for the Holy Souls in Purgatory, for sinners everywhere, for sinners in the Universal Church, those within my own home, and within my family.

All praise and honor be to the Precious Blood of Jesus, for it wrought our salvaction and our redemption. Amen.

Use this praye as a novena for the day. Say it once an hour, and you will have released 9,000 souls from Purgatory.

Offer this prayer, today, particularly for those who died while serving our country.

The souls will be grateful, and they will be your intercessors.
